Yes. We will convert the amount according to the exchange rate on the day of your tour and add a 10 % processing fee.

You will receive the info about the meeting point in your official confirmation voucher. Meeting points are always near the sites, which are visited in your tour. You can also opt for a private driver who will pick you up from your hotel for an extra cost.

We suggest that you have a look at the hotel reviews on TripAdvisor. Because of the large amount of hotels in Rome, it is difficult to give recommendations without knowing your preferencies and budget. In Rome, the best central areas to stay at are Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Monti, or Campo dei Fiori.

Cancellation made within 48 hours will forfeit full price of the tour. A representative of our Staff will meet you at the hotel to collect the due amount. Please consider that all our services are run on a trust and fairness basis. We expect our customers to share the same principles with us and abide by our gentlemen's agreement.

The Roma Pass is a 3-day ticket for the public transportation in Rome combined with free or discounted entrances at certain sites. We recommend the Roma pass only if you are planning to visit many museums/sights that allow entrance with Roma Pass (the Vatican entrance is not included in the Roma Pass), and if you are going to be taking the metro or buses more than 3 times per day. Here's the website where you can find out more information - https://www.romapass.it/?l=en

No, these parts of the Colosseum require an additional ticket. The visit of the Underground and the 3rd tier is always guided by the Colosseum staff and you would be united with a large group, hence your tour would no longer be private. It takes a long time to visit these areas and we prefer to spend this time elsewhere at the Forum or the Emperors' Palace.

Our Vatican tour includes a visit to the Holy Grottoes. To visit the Pope's tombs in the basement of the Basilica there is a special “scavi” tour given by the church, not by us. It is a 90-minute tour and tickets are 13 Euros. The tour is limited to small groups and only about 250 visitors per day. Reservations must be made well in advance.
